Only names, e-mail addresses, mailing categories (segmentations) and technical data about each mailing are stored on servers from Mailchimp. Data stored on servers from Mailchimp is located in the United States of America. Mailchimp complies with EU rules and regulations considering privacy (GDPR).
– Mollie – Payment information shared via the LGDA_EU website or its national charities, is stored in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system of Mollie. Its servers are located in the European Union. Mollie complies with all EU rules and regulations considering privacy (GDPR).
Opting out, changing or having your information deleted
At any time, you can cancel or modify your information by contacting the LGDA_EU office (info@lgda.eu). You can also at any time ask to see your data by contacting us. The LGDA_EU takes very seriously the accuracy of the information it holds on you. What choices are available to you regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?
